• Visitors to make an appointment to organise a visit
   

• 2 people only per resident  -  must be over 12 years of age
   

• Visits are limited to 30 minutes
   

• Times available:
  10:00 - 11:45 am
   1:00 –  4:30 pm
   6.30 –  7.30 pm (only available for working family members)
   

• Visitors limited to residents rooms only
   

• Visitors to stay in the resident's room at all times – do not visit any other resident, communal areas, dining room, kitchen etc.
   

• Health screening will be carried out ie temperature check, health declaration, address, phone number etc.
   

• All visitors will be required to wear a face mask and gloves at all times while in Tainui – these can be provided by Tainui if you cannot provide your own – please keep for future visits
   

• Our front doors are still locked, staff will still sign in as usual and visitors are restricted to appointment times only
   

• Village residents visits will only be considered on a case by case basis and should be addressed through management of the Rest Home.
