John is a Chartered Accountant by profession and has worked in a number of industries in New Zealand and Australia. This experience has traversed the health, manufacturing, oil and gas and most recently , the laundry service industries.
John is committed to leading his team and creating an inclusive culture and is looking forward to engaging with all who are involved in life at Tainui Village.

Laura Doyle
Originally from England Laura arrived in New Zealand 6 months ago after many years living in Australia.
Laura's background is as a mental health Registered Nurse but she arrives at Tainui with many years senior management experience. A multi skilled professional with a superb track record of managing complex functions across health and social care provision. Having a wealth of experience in aged care and mental health as a leader, manager and change agent.

Caitlin Fleming
Clinical Nurse Manager
Caitlin is proudly Taranaki‑born and has spent the past 13 years working in aged residential care since becoming a Registered Nurse. She brings deep local knowledge and a genuine passion for supporting older adults to live well. She is currently completing her Diploma in Advanced Nursing Practice, focusing on older adult health. Outside of work, Caitlin volunteers with Hato Hone St John as a first responder and supports the Major Incident Support Team, reflecting her commitment to the Taranaki community.
