We are following the guidance of the Ministry of Health and Aged Care lead organisations to safeguard our residents and staff. We will provide further updates when we are advised by the Ministry of Health.
Following the move to Level 2, we are allowing visitors to the home on a pre-booked appointment basis only. One visitor per resident for a half hour visit. Please ring Reception to book an appointment time. If you are visiting Taranaki and feel unwell with cold or flu like symptoms get a Covid-19 test straight away, don't wait until you are home. Upon entry you will scan the QR Tracing barcode and your temperature will be taken and you must also complete the Visitor In/Out Form.
Residents are permitted to go on outings but must adhere to MOH guidelines, i.e. wearing a facemask, maintaining 2 metres of separation and QR scanning when applicable.

A relative has had a new lease on life and is well looked after. All her needs are met and she is treated respectfully . Nothing is too much and they are quick to put anything requested into operation. They encourage a family atmosphere and always make visitors feel welcome with lots of smiles from staff. All the residents are offered a variety of daily activity and are encouraged to be as active as they can be.
We moved into a villa in this wonderful retirement village almost two years ago, and just can’t speak highly enough of this awesome family environment. We are much appreciative of the incredible support and loving care from all of the staff from Managers to the Gardeners. We are so grateful and thankful to be living here in our twilight years.
